The second most important event participants, Yair Rodriguez and Josh Emmett, who will play for the interim UFC featherweight championship, also had no problems getting into the limit of their weight category, recording 145 pounds (65.8 kg) each.
Russian Zubayra Tukhugov, who made his debut in the organization’s lightweight division, with a one and a half pound (680 gr) overweight, became one of two fighters who could not cope with the weight race.
